China officially publishes white paper on military strategy,[VERiFiED], China, 2015-05-26, Singa 101

China released an english-language version of a white paper on its military strategy today. Its focus primarily is on naval strategy but it addresses current and emerging trends in its sphere of interests. The whole document can be accessed at the website of the Ministry of National Defence of the PRC.
